Functional, colorful, pretty! what more could you ask for? This is an updated version of a classic woven pottery basket that we have made for many years. It has wider woven strips, which really show off the glaze colors nicely. This is perfect to leave out on the counter to ripen tomatoes, and is a great size for 2 people for warming rolls or baking a small loaf of bread in it. It will make a neat ribbon pattern on the bottom of the bread, Just flip it to serve it, and it will retain the temp. (at 325' it will stay warm for 40 minutes at the table. The perfect hostess or shower gift. I have a color for every decor. Cobalt blue, black, white, taffy, sunset, (red/amber)and ocean(blue/green). Dimensions are: 8 1/2 diameter X 3 H. It comes with an informational card, about how it is made , and how to use it.
